Great Golf Destination in Marshall County...

Golf Getaway...

Northern Indiana’s Marshall County offers an area for golfers of all ages and skill levels, whether that is from a family-friendly golf course that was built on a 100-year-old family farm or a state-of-the-art golf academy at a high-end resort! Marshall County brings to you, three outstanding golf destinations to make it easy to plan a perfect golf getaway.

Swan Lake Resort offers two wonderful courses. The Silver Course with a shorter, more strategic layout, as well as the Black Course which provides for a “championship” experience. We describe both of these golf courses as “in country club condition.” The Golf Academy at Swan Lake is an award-winning, state-of-the-art facility which offers personalized, customized private or group instruction, club fitting, and a fitness option.

Whether you are a golfer or not, you can still enjoy the 500-acre resort and its amenities such as swimming pools, dining, and an array of overnight accommodations including a charming hotel, quaint cottages, rustic cabins, and modern villas. It is amazing that the resort also offers “stay and play” packages for all of the golf lovers.

Pretty Lake Golf Club has a very unique course layout that can be difficult enough to be challenging for the serious players, but very enjoyable for the newcomers. They also boast a full-stocked pro shop, and practice facilities with chipping and putting areas! There is also a wonderful driving range with PGA staff available for lessons. This course has the Sand Trap Bar & Grill, which is the perfect spot to wind down you day, while enjoying food and drinks overlooking the scenic Pretty Lake!

Woodbury Golf Course is a beautiful 18-hole public course that features 6,533 yards to play from the longest tees for a par of 72. You are able to find an awesome course layout with the front and back nine split equally by a driving range and new practice area. The front nine is pretty much open with a few trees bordering the holes. While the back nine is a bit more challenging with wooded areas and a few hazards. Woodbury Golf Course truly provides a relaxing round of golf that your whole family would enjoy without a doubt!

Disc Golf...

Not only does Marshall County have three terrific golf locations, we also have two disc golf locations.  Argos Community Park, in 2016 added a 9 hole disc golf course over the beautiful green grounds.  Plymouth Park Department has a 5 disc golf baskets, perfect for practicing in Centennial Park.
