To plan, organize, and manage the activities, events and entertainment associated with the Marshall County Blueberry Festival. The Festival is held on the Labor Day Weekend in Plymouth, Indiana. The Committee is organized to promote the Festival, the Community and attempts to accomplish the following:

  1. Provide family activities at a reasonable cost and a festive atmosphere that draws people throughout the Midwest to the festival.
  2. Provide assorted sporting events and other activities that encourage participants from throughout the Midwest.
  3. Provide activities that encourage people to return to the community and encourage community fellowship and involvement.
  4. Provide the facilities and organization necessary to promote and develop sporting events, crafts, food, entertainment, the parade and all other activities associated with the festival. Maintain safe, clean activities and facilities for use throughout the festival.
  5. Provide opportunities for non-profit organizations throughout the Midwest to provide items that help the organization raise money.
  6. Provide entertainment that adds to the festive environment, appeals to different ages and tastes, and supports the local performing and visual arts.
  7. To raise money from fees, assessments, and donations that fund the activities at the festival and the community in general.
