Lake Effect Winds

join Encore Performing Arts for their second in a series of ‘Dinner and Music’ concerts. Lake Effect Winds, a woodwind quintet based in the St. Joseph, Michigan area, performs a wide variety of music. Their repertoire ranges from Baroque and ClasFestivities at the Plymouth Country Club begin at 6 p.m. on Monday, May 7th with an opportunity for socializing, followed by dinner at 6:30. The performance will begin at 7:45 and the cost is $50 per person. There are three menu choices: breast of chicken with grilled asparagus, grape tomatoes and tarragon; broiled mahi-mahi with fire-roasted pineapple relish and coconut rice; and grilled pork loin with mushroom sauce and grilled sweet potato medallions.
